Hi Brett, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I think risks play an important role in life. This is because in order to improve/grow into the person you want to become you need to take risks. For me taking risks has also been something that i have done. When you are younger you may of not even known you were taking risks. I went to college to study fashion over all the other majors and at the time it was taking a risks because the future wasn’t so bright. Now i look back at all that has happened because of that one decision and couldn’t be more happy and proud of myself at all the milestones I have accomplished. I took a risk to move away from Retail Fashion and pursue a marketing career. To be honest at first i was scared and the future felt unknown at the time. Fast forward to present day life and I am now accomplishing milestones I’ve never thought I’d be able to. Overall risks take you to the next level even if you don’t know it yet and they open up new pathways to travel on.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Not to long ago I started growing a TikTok page Lawsofvogue. The translation is laws of fashion. I thought to myself sense I am a sneaker head and i love shopping and buying clothes to create new looks i should make a TikTok page. Fast forward to a year of posting at least 5 times a week and I have grown my page from 1 follower all the way to 11k followers. I am still constantly working on providing new content on a daily basis to my followers. It is challenging to keep coming up with new ideas and new ways to make my content exciting. A lesson I have learned is to just be your true authentic self. Faking it on camera does not get you very far in the Social Media world. It’s always fun getting recognized by younger people in public who watch my content so that’s why I want the world that I want to inspire kids to go out and chase their dreams after reviewing my brand/story.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to some Local spots where I grew up as a kid because they played an important role in my childhood. I think we would go into the city and explore the Rooftops and the fun except active that always go on. Next we would portably go shopping in some the hottest spots. We would eat at some of local spots but then enjoy The night life of the city.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to First Shoutout my family for continuing to push me to work hard because then my dreams will come true. Everyday they encourage me to get after it and pursue the career I want to and to keep accomplishing my life goals.

Second, I would like to shoutout my Employer; Club Colors. They have been able to expand my skill set and take me to new heights I’d never thought I’d be able to achieve. In such a short amount of time I have developed a Strategic skill set for marketing and have increased my communication skills to a whole new level. They give me guidance on what i need to do to achieve what I want in life.

Lastly, I would like to Shoutout my Girlfriend Stefania Bursuc. She came into my life a little over 10 months ago and has been so supportive of my dreams and goals and is constantly rooting for me. She has also been there for me when the going gets tough and tells me to keep pushing forward. I wouldn’t know what my life would be like right now without her in it.
