Meet DJ Dady Phatts | Dj/Radio Guy

We had the good fortune of connecting with DJ Dady Phatts and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi DJ Dady, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The habits that i feel helped me succeed is to stay professional a lot of black owned business fail because of just not being professional.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a Dj and i love being a Dj what sets me apart from others is my love and passion for the art of Djing and hip-hop. I am proud of the career and opportunities that i have created by being a Dj. I am where i am at today because of my city Palm Beach County it wasn’t easy djing in this city but once i got the hang of it they accepted me with love. I want everyone to know that hip-hop is here forever and my city Palm Beach County lives, breathes and dies by it.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Ok well i would definitely take them to OvO to get some good food then make a stop to Bamboo Room in Lake Worth on either Thursday Friday Saturday or Sunday because Bamboo Room be lit!!! in between that i’d go see my boy Dj Booda at The Rose Gentlemen Club for a good time!!!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
i would like to shout out to John JC Collins My Dad My Brothers and Mr Edmonds for pushing me to be the person i am today.
