We had the good fortune of connecting with Byron Cordero and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Byron, how do you think about risk?
By definition, risk is to pose (someone or something valued) to danger, harm, or loss. The foundation of the word is derived from a fear mentality. I shift my frame of thought from one of loss to one of abundance. I see risks as opportunities; opportunities for growth, opportunities for education; opportunities for success.

I approach life in a similar way. That does not mean that one should spend frivolously without budget consideration, caution is needed and the best educated answer should be taken for best possible outcome. The only difference is in how we approach each situation.

I think change is always important. From a branding standpoint if we don’t do something different, then why are we in the business of marketing?

What should our readers know about your business?
We’re in the business of story-telling.

Narratives are nothing without context, and so whether our clients provide services or products, the best stories stem from those with humanitarian principles behind them.

As a species, we covet a sense of belonging. Once you can convince someone that that brand is an extension of themselves then you’re not longer selling, you’re simply a mirror to someone’s life. People are always in the pursuit of purpose and identity is one of the biggest qualifiers for it.

People do not connect to objects, time, or even money; people connect to people.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to shoutout my savior, Jesus Christ. He has propelled my life towards success and happiness and has allowed my heart to grow fonder with everyone he puts in my path.

I am forever grateful to my parents for instilling the values that have carried me through.

La Xime. My second mother on this earth. Without her kindness and generosity I would still be wandering aimlessly.

And my Madison Sanchez, a little girl that has taught me how beautiful life is and continues to each day. I am blessed.
