We had the good fortune of connecting with Christopher Myers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christopher, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
The most important lesson that my career has taught me, is that everyday is an opportunity to learn and develop my brand from interactions with my clients, colleagues, and vendors. I am constantly in appreciation of the feedback from my clients. Through this feedback I am not only learning how to be better for the next client but I am developing as an individual. Alongside that, this approach allows me to connect with my clients and make them feel appreciated. That level of comfort enables me to understand their needs and to make sure that I am able to meet those needs.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets me apart from others? I care about the success of every client. I always extend myself to my clients beyond the transaction. I want to always make sure that my clients are satisfied with the outcome of their case or their real estate transactions even if those outcomes are not what they had hoped for. I am most proud of the loyalty that I have built amongst my clients. My client’s are my biggest marketing tool. They often refer me to their networks. These referrals keep my business growing. Building my brand was not an easy journey. Every day of entrepreneurship is a challenge. With that said, I accept the challenge every day and everyday I do my absolute best to accomplish the goals of my clients.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A week in the life of me and my best friend. I would first take him to my absolute favorite restaurant, Louie Bossi. We would start with brunch there. From Brunch, I would have to find a lounge for us to relax and catch up. Then we would have to charter a boat and ride around the cost of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. From there I would have to find a SOCA party to take him to. He loves SOCA and I cannot dance. From there we would relax for a few days and spend time with my family. I would attempt to finally beat him at Dominos. I hope my week does not seem to boring. We like casual outings.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My success is dedicated to my faith in god and to the honesty, loyalty, support, and encouragement of my clients, family, friends, and colleagues.
