We had the good fortune of connecting with Claudia La Bianca and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Claudia, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I love risk taking!! My whole life and career is based on it. You need to get uncomfortable if u want change and I always want to grow and evolve as a human and as an artist.

Don`t get me wrong I got my fears, but an order to overcome them u need to go trough it.

I see it like this: I’m jumping off a plane without parachute knowing i will grow wings to fly…. its about taking risk while having total trust in yourself and faith in the process of making any dreams a reality!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think what set me apart from other artists is my work ethics, how focused, determined and productive I stay on a constant flow, its like a workout, sometimes it hurts, but you got to push forward to see results 🙂

I am most proud of the decisions I have made in the past to get me here today and excited about what the future is already bringing, its like an avalanche of abundance, all happening because hard work & experiences bring knowledge, awareness and alignment with the universe.

To get to where I am today it took a lifetime of hard work, believe, consistency and never let go of my childhood dream to become a prolific and well knows artist.

I have overcome many challenges, I never stop believing that dreams can come true if you work your reality towards them…. and it took lots of balls too when knocking on doors for jobs and getting rejected.

The lessons I’ve learned along the way are: to never give up, that is the most important part, believe and love yourself, every little bump on the road is a great lesson to evolve.

I was blessed with the gift of art so my life mission is to inspire trough my art a positive message, to plant a seed in others that can flourish into something beautiful.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I mostly like to spend time at my art studio in Wynwood, Im not much of an outer, but theres few places I can name:

Definitely I will suggest an art tour with the Wynwood Buggies, they are wonderful people with super fun little golf carts running up and down town showing all the murals and talking about the artists.

Wynwood Walls is a must, its like the church, temple and mecca of ART in Wynwood.

Aroma Cafe is a great place for healthy food and coffe, plus you get to enjoy one of my murals inside.

A pampering day with Beauty by Vanessa, a mobile beauty and hair salon, I painted the whole outside of the RV, FUN!!!!

I love Virginia Key for a beach day, away from the crowded south beach, Virginia key feels like you are lost in a little island.

Hey I love my fitness so i will definitively suggest a Boxing class at Mickey Demos – Boxing gym.

For dinner I love Heartland, an outdoor restaurant with amazing grilled food and great vibes.

Palapa restaurant might be my number one place, love the Tulum like vibes and they always have great performances.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shoutout goes first to my Kids, Kalypso and Namu, they keep me grounded and help me everyday achieving my goals as a mom, a human and an artist, to them I owe my happiness and success,

A big shotout goes to Macuria Montolanez, the grandmother of my oldest child, she has been my number one mentor and an incredible support in my growth in the past 20 years.

And last but no least, a warm shotout to my family, my mom that showed me the way to happiness and to believe in myself and follow my heart and to my brother Dominik that inspired my filmmaking career.
