We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniela Romay and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Daniela, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
When I started my career was in times of profound crisis. My son died, my daughter was dealing with her fiscal health and my husband and I with our emotional health plus the financial crisis that was pushing us to the edge. I needed to find the strength to just move forward a little to start momentum at least but all this different factor were against me plus the fact that even if I could have find a job we had no one to leave my kids with (Sofia 2yo and sick all the time, and Lore 4 months).
My husband was dealing with depression and exhaustion as he was working all day, we needed all the over time he could get and I pictured myself alone with the 2 girls as he would definitely ended up with a heart attack or something worst.
I found network marketing, a word that always scared me as the context for me was a scam but at that time was my only hope so I found myself in a place where I decided to go ALL IN I knew that if that wouldn’t work we would have ended up loosing the little we had left and ourselves
I had to found our a way to make it work risking so much putting every single breathe I had, every thought, all my energy to make this work

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
To be successful in Network marketing you have to realice that all the success or failure depends on you and nobody else. It is a business base on leadership and lots and lots of personal development, vision and breaking limited believes, how much you grow your influence and belief in yourself and of course put your time, effort and heart in every step of the way, you have to understand that in order to grow your influence you have to believe that it is much larger than you and create an impact further than just your needs. It wasn’t easy as we go through life with a large amount of limited believes and to find success you have to get rid of them, as many as you can and turn them into a way to serve others and that is how you get your motivation, your gasoline and it is way more powerful than just wake up motivated to just showed up to “go to work”. You go though challenges not looking for problems or what can get wrong but to see them as challenges, find solutions and think how can we make things better
I want to be remembered as someone that passed through this life leaving a legacy not just one more person that came, had a life, and died leaving no mark

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love the energy of the sea, it has to be a place where I can be near by the beach but also a place where I can show my roots, my Mexico, I’ll like to make it a culinary experience of the different flavors and regions. The diversity of the climate and the history of the people that have made a change for themselves and their country

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would have done this without my mother and brothers who was supporting me and working by my side, Mi ex husband and kids and of course all the leaders in Esencial Pro. My coaches Tasha Smith and Tawnya Nelson and all the people I have met the past 10 years that have shared with me their needs and stories and allowed me to do something to help
