We had the good fortune of connecting with Eliam Coro and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eliam, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
There really was no thought process I think I was just young naïve an eager to start my own business.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I think what sets me apart from others is the creativity aspect we make sure to offer all of our clients some thing different we always come up with an out-of-the-box idea something unexpected. I got to where I am today with the support of my community and friends professionals another like-minded individuals Hardwork determination and the insane belief of never giving up. It’s been a challenging ride since we started with a print publication everything has evolved and changed to digital so we had Intern had to evolve as well. I’ve learned to stay true to beliefs stay true to your ideas stay true to your goals. Determination and hard work to pay off.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would probably start our day at EL bagel for breakfast. Then jump on the kayaks and go out to the picnic islands on the upper Eastside. We would then go to Soho Beach House jump in the pool, have a snack poolside and go to the sauna, take a shower get ready for dinner. We would head over to fifi’s on the beach for fresh Miami hog fish. Then probably go to hotel faena for a nightcap, Finally back to my place on the upper Eastside where we listen to records, have a whisky and just “chill”
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
