Hi Emilie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Our passion for creating artistic and tasteful pastries/ sweet treats and custom cakes. Our relationship with our customers, every people who enter in our business is part of the family and will be treated accordingly 😊

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As I said before I am in handicap situation and unfortunately it’s not easy to fit In This world especially in the food industry. I worked hard to make people lie about what I can accomplish or not. Motivation is the key word on every aspect of your life. So I decided as I still have study hands that I will create, as long as I can, some beautiful and delicious treats to please everybody. Pastries permit me to mix my 2 passions Baking and arts.

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
As a French people the food place will be my to go hang out. Love discover new places and trying what the world has to offer. Love the South American food in south Florida 😍

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My parents to help me financially to realize my « sweet » dream in opening my own shop Of course the support of my family and friends who believed in me even if I was not a front runner (handicap😜) And all beautiful food inspirational artists
