Hi Evelyn, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting your own business can very terrifying, however I am a risk taker. I have always been a people person, I always knew in I wanted to own my own business. I opened an Amazon store so far everything has been going great. I’m extremely busy seems like I have no time to myself at all. As a business owner and real estate agent I get to make my own scheduled. I really thought that I’ll be able to spend more time with my family I was wrong. As of today, I don’t think I’m managing my time wisely especially I’m also a Real estate agent. I must say I love being a realtor and love meeting new people. The feeling of helping someone sell their home or find their dream home just put a smile on my face. I want all of my clients to trust me and rely on me to be their trusted advisor. This market its very tough due to the long hours and low inventory. Dedication to my clients whether they are buying or selling real estate has earned me multiple referrals Helping families or individuals with their real estate needs is my passion. I will continue to work these long hours just to see a smile on my client’s face.

What should our readers know about your business?
I coowner of an Amazon store and a Realtor I’m different from other business owners and real estate agents because I’m very passionate about my craft. Before showing any homes to my clients I make I meet with them for a consultation and make sure that they understand the market. get to where I’m at today first because of God, of course, my husband some families, and friends. It is not easy however I’m learning every day how to manage my time wisely and stay focused and positive. I want to the world to know that I am a great real estate agent and I am very fair and a great communicator. Whether you are looking to buy list or investing give me call thanks

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In South Florida there are many places and things to do that are fun and beautiful to experience. First, I would take her to the Victory Lounge to start her visit out with a bang. The Victory Lounge is a restaurant out in Miami that turns into a night club once night falls. It’s a great place to experience Miami night life. The next day, we would go to the beach and sip margaritas because south Florida has some of the best beaches in the country. Next activity would be visiting some Miami wineries. Then we would end night at the infamous Club Liv.
