We had the good fortune of connecting with Felicia Adderley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Felicia, how do you think about risk?
If you want to lead an extraordinary life, there is going to be some risk involved. Entrepreneurship is not for the risk-averse. It’s like jumping off a cliff, over and over again. You can never get comfortable for a long period of time.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my commitment to excellence. I give the best possible customer service and produce the highest quality work I can.

Nothing has come easy! It often feels like everything is a fight. Challenges will come. Sometimes I have to take breaks, step back and regroup. I’ve learned to just keep going, even if it’s slowly.

People should know that my brand is about bringing their dreamworld to life- from their mind to our current reality, for them and their loved ones to experience it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Of course the Fish Fry! It’s one of our most popular local hangouts where you can get sky juice, conch salad, fish prepared any way you like, Miami Vice daiquiri’s and more.

We would have to hit the beach at some point. Also walk the downtown area and explore the new cruise port.

Clifton Pier is another chill spot that has a historical component to it as well.

I would also take them on at least 1 day trip to one of the other islands like Exuma to feed iguanas and swim with the pigs.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Reading truly opens up our minds and can shift our perspectives. There have been many impactful books I have read over the years. The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks was an eye-opener. Sometimes we are standing in our own way and hindering our own success, but if we recognize it, we can self-correct.
