We had the good fortune of connecting with Gabriela Toffoli and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gabriela, what do you attribute your success to?
Dedication, perseverance, and resilience. Being afraid but doing it anyway.
Success doesn’t just happen — you have to plant the seeds, nurture them, and keep believing until you see the results.
Another important thing is to remember that every client is unique. If they chose to work with us, they deserve attention and care. No client is just a number. Each one is part of our story and helps us build our castle, brick by brick.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Since I was very young, I’ve always been passionate about creativity — drawing, details, design, and the art of turning ideas into something real.
My professional path wasn’t an easy or traditional one. I graduated in a completely different field, but deep down, I knew my heart belonged to art and design. So I decided to trust that feeling, take the risk, and build something that could grow beyond myself. That’s how Revna Agency was born.

What sets me apart is the way I connect emotion and strategy in everything I create. I believe that design is not just about how things look — it’s about how they make people feel. Every brand, every project, every color choice tells a story.

Of course, the journey hasn’t been easy. There were challenges, doubts, long nights, and moments when I wondered if I was doing the right thing. But those moments also made me stronger. They taught me resilience, patience, and the power of believing even when results don’t come right away.

Today, what makes me most proud is seeing ideas become brands, dreams become companies, and knowing that, in some way, my work helps people move forward.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and about Revna, it’s that everything we do is driven by passion, authenticity, and heart.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of the things I love most about living in Florida is the mix of cultures and food. There are so many amazing Latin restaurants here! I’m a vegetarian, and I’m really happy that there are plenty of places with great options.

One of my favorite spots is AA Sushi in Boca Raton — they have an incredible vegan sushi menu, and for those who eat meat, the options are just as amazing. Another place I really enjoy is Duff’s — it has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, a great atmosphere, and there’s always a fun game or sport on TV.

I also love music and live events, so I’d definitely look for a good rock show, maybe at Revolution Live, or depending on the season, visit the Renaissance Fair — it’s such a fun and creative place, full of great energy and interesting people.

And of course, I’d have to take my friend to an American football game — the energy at the stadium is something you can’t describe, you have to feel it!
And without a doubt, we’d drive up to Orlando and spend a day or two at Universal Studios — it’s always worth it!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’m deeply grateful to my parents, my grandparents, and my husband.
My husband has been with me since the very beginning of Revna — he actively helps with the business and financial side of the agency and has always believed in our dream.
I want to thank them because they believed in me even in the moments when I struggled to believe in myself.
They’ve always given me strength to keep going and to give my best every single day.
