We had the good fortune of connecting with Germaine Clarke and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Germaine, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I was always curious about how instruments and melodies came together and created the most electric art form

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I would best describe my art form as music entertainment as well as engineering, an audio doctor so to speak. My capability to fuse the genres and diligent work ethic I would say sets me apart from most.
Hearing my music outside of my native home is a feeling that never fades, I’m pleased that I was able to work with some of the legendary dancehall and reggae artists.
Being a fly on the wall…that as taught me much of the knowledge I’ve acquired over these years, paired with perseverance.
definitely wasn’t easy, but most definitely worth it. I get to do what I love. I overcame most of my challenges by just maintaining focus, giving up was never an option.
Having Patience has been one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned.
Every interaction is an experience, I pride myself in giving my best in everything I do with hopes to excel.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Fine eateries in historical cities, particularly “Glorias” in Kingston Jamaica hiking the blue mountain
A stay in countryside and interacting with locals
