We had the good fortune of connecting with Irina Sergeeva and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Irina, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
Leaving everything behind to move alone to the United States, without any support, was a pivotal decision that shaped who I am today. Despite the challenges, I am grateful for each struggle, as they taught me resilience. Having grown up surrounded by luxury thanks to my family, my path was unexpectedly altered by the corruption in my home country, which separated me from my family for over a decade. Starting from scratch in a new country gave me a profound understanding of what “freedom” truly means here in the U.S.
Graduating from one of the most prestigious international institutions, the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), with a specialization in Management in the Fuel and Energy Complex, was an achievement. But nothing prepared me for the unique lessons I would learn when I found myself in the highest circles of American society. It was there that I encountered the concept of the “quiet power of confidence”—an idea that has since become a core element in my journey of personal and professional growth.
Today, that inner strength continues to propel me toward new heights on my leveling-up journey. MGIMO’s distinguished alumni network, which includes figures like Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister, Irina Bokova, former UNESCO Director-General, and billionaires such as Alisher Usmanov and Vladimir Potanin, inspires me to aim higher and redefine success in my own way.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The words my mother told me before I left for the U.S. have stayed with me to this day: “Fear nothing and no one.” This belief has been my guiding light, helping me move through life with ease, even when I was on my own. I had no support system here initially, but I had my mind and talents—many of which were hidden in my date of birth. As a certified professional numerologist, I continue to uncover these talents within myself and help others do the same. Each person has a unique set of strengths waiting to be revealed, and I’m here to guide them on that journey.
In just 1 year,I’ve achieved some incredible milestones. Signed contracts with 3 model agencies, became a VOGUE Club Member, I was featured 3 times on a major Times Square billboard during NYFW 2024 and on billboard in Las Vegas as part of Las Vegas Fashion Week, walked in 10 high-fashion shows, participated in 10 fashion campaigns, walked for 41 fashion designers, Brand Ambassador for 11 fashion brands, 11 photoshoots, and gained the support of over 30,000 followers all over my social media. My journey has been highlighted in 45 premium publications and featured on TV Channel Miami Break News for my runway walk with Burning Guitars at Miami Swim Week 2024 by The Fashion Life Tour.
Today, I mentor over 50,000 women worldwide on elegance, affluence, etiquette, manners, femininity, fashon, style and more, helping them transform their lives and step into a more refined version of themselves. I integrated numerology to dive deeper into areas like personality, spirituality, relationships, realisation and health, revealing what I call a “Success Code” embedded in the date of birth.

I’m driven to empower women to awaken their feminine self-worth and believe that they can achieve greatness, no matter where they are in life.
My mission is to help every woman discover her unique path to success and become a million-dollar, high-status woman who embodies true elegance, etiquette, style, and confidence. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting, I’d definitely take them to Coconut Grove. This area has everything a modern, high-value woman desires—from stunning ocean views and high-end shopping to vibrant, upscale settings and fine dining. You won’t even need a car here; instead, we’d stroll around in flowy dresses, taking in the sights and the energy of people enjoying life at its best.
We’d start the day with coffee and breakfast at a cozy waterfront café, then wander through the boutique shops to find unique, luxury pieces. For lunch, I’d take them to a chic rooftop spot with ocean views to enjoy fresh seafood and cocktails. In the evening, we’d dine at one of the Grove’s fine restaurants, savoring a menu of international flavors paired with exquisite wines.
The beauty of Coconut Grove is that you’re surrounded by fitness lovers and stylish people living their best lives. It’s truly a blend of elegance, lifestyle, and relaxation, creating the perfect atmosphere for a week of memorable experiences.

I’d like to dedicate a special shoutout to Paris Hilton. Receiving a signed copy of her book, PARIS: THE MEMOIR, was incredibly meaningful to me. Her story and business journey left a profound impact, inspiring me to pursue my own vision with even greater drive.
The inspiration only grew when I saw she’d sent me a friend request on TikTok, having connected with my blog. That moment solidified my desire to create a global platform for women—one where they can cultivate self-respect and find support from a community that truly wants to see them succeed.
