We had the good fortune of connecting with ISABEL and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi ISABEL, what do you attribute your success to?
If I’m being honest, the most important factor behind my success has been not giving up on myself. Publigraphic didn’t grow overnight it grew through consistency, faith, and a lot of heart.

I started with a vision and a deep belief that I could build something meaningful. Along the way, I learned that success isn’t just about talent or ideas, it’s about showing up every single day, even when things feel uncertain or overwhelming. I’ve always put people first my clients, my team, and the relationships I’ve built. I truly care about the work we deliver and about helping others shine through their brands.

Adaptability has also been key. I allowed myself to learn, to make mistakes, and to grow. Every challenge pushed me to become a better leader and a stronger business owner.

There were moments when quitting would have been easier, but my purpose was always bigger than the obstacles. I kept going because I believed in the vision, in the impact of my work, and in the idea that with persistence and passion, anything is possible.

Publigraphic is more than a company to me it’s a reflection of my journey, my resilience, and my belief that IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Publigraphic is a reflection of who we are. It’s not just a design and printing company it’s our story, our growth, and our belief that with creativity, discipline, and heart, you can build something meaningful from the ground up.

What sets us apart is how personal everything is. We don’t just print or design we listen, we care, and we get involved. Every project feels like it carries a piece of our name, so details matter. Quality matters. People matter. Our clients become partners, and their wins feel like our wins too.

I’m most proud of how Publigraphic was built. Nothing about this journey was instant or easy. It started with a vision, a lot of faith, and the willingness to learn as I went. There were long days, uncertain moments, and many times when I had to figure things out on my own. Building a business challenged me emotionally and mentally, but it also shaped me into a stronger leader and person.

What helped me move forward was persistence and adaptability. I learned to ask for help, to trust the process, and to surround myself with people and organizations that truly believed in growth and community. I stopped seeing mistakes as failures and started seeing them as lessons.

Along the way, I’ve learned that consistency beats perfection, that relationships are everything, and that believing in yourself especially when things get hard is non-negotiable.

What I want the world to know about me and Publigraphic is that this brand was built with intention, integrity, and love. Behind every project is resilience, teamwork, and passion. And behind the brand is a woman who started with a dream, kept going through the challenges, and truly believes that IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami is all about balance energy, culture, creativity, and a little magic so I’d want my best friend to experience all of it.

We’d start slow and intentional. Mornings would include coffee in Wynwood or Coconut Grove, with a walk, good conversation, and a chance to feel the city. One of my favorite spots for brunch is Sadelle’s it’s cozy, local, and very Miami.

Midweek would be about culture and inspiration. I’d take them to Little Havana to walk Calle Ocho, grab a cafecito, listen to live music, and feel the soul of the city. We’d also spend time at Pérez Art Museum Miami the art, the views, and the calm are unmatched.

For food, Miami never disappoints. Dinner at Zuma Miami or Cecconi’s Miami is a must, followed by drinks somewhere with good energy and great people-watching. One night would definitely be about dancing and fun Miami style.

We’d also do beach time, of course. South Beach for the classic experience, and Key Biscayne for something calmer and more peaceful. Sunrise walks, ocean air, and moments to slow down are essential.

Toward the end of the week, I’d plan something simple but meaningful maybe a sunset walk by the water, a quiet dinner, and real conversations. Miami can be loud and exciting, but it’s also a place where you can reconnect with yourself and the people you love.

To me, the most exciting part of Miami isn’t just the places it’s the mix of cultures, the creativity, the entrepreneurs, the artists, and the dreamers. Miami is full of people building something, and that energy is contagious.

If my best friend left feeling inspired, recharged, and full of memories, then I’d know they truly experienced Miami the way I love it.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the people and organizations that have believed in me, supported me, and walked alongside me throughout this journey.

First and foremost, I want to dedicate this shoutout to Carlos, my business partner and my husband. Publigraphic simply wouldn’t exist without him. He is the artist behind every execution the one who brings ideas to life with incredible talent and attention to detail. Beyond that, he’s the person who supports me through all my wild, creative ideas and stands by me every step of the way. Building a business together has been both a challenge and a blessing, and having someone who believes in your vision as much as you do makes all the difference.

I also want to dedicate this to my children, Nicolas y Christian. They are my two biggest motivations and the reason I keep pushing forward every single day. They inspire me to take on new challenges, to grow, and to lead by example. Creating a legacy for them has been one of my greatest driving forces.

I’m deeply grateful to Prospera and Venprendedora. These two organizations believed in us at moments when we were still finding our way. They opened doors, introduced us to resources we didn’t even know existed, and reminded me that entrepreneurship doesn’t have to be a lonely journey. Their guidance, support, and belief in our potential have played a meaningful role in our growth.

This journey has never been just mine. It has been shaped by love, partnership, community, and shared belief and for that, I am endlessly grateful.
