We had the good fortune of connecting with Isiah Harris and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Isiah, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
When it comes to risk I believe everyone should take them, when it comes to doing something you love because life is so short ya know? You don’t want to live your life wishing you did something it’s better to know you tried than did nothing at all.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Music has always been a huge fan art of my life and has helped me through so much. I grew up rather lonely and feeling like I didn’t know my place in this life, but that feeling goes away whenever I’m writing or recording a new song.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d have to say any of the museums here honestly I love art and learning about what that person felt when they made it.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have a lot of friends that didn’t live to see the future but always pushed me to make music and to be myself so I want to dedicate things to them.
