Hi Jonathan, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
“Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime” I take this proverb as being very applicable to how we operate as a Real Estate Broker and mentor to Real Estate Agents with all levels of experience. As it applies to Real Estate, if you give a Realtor a customer looking to Buy or Sell, they may close that deal but are forever subject to their company to provide them with these “fish” to provide from. As a company, we have the mentality of teaching and showing an agent how to brand themselves, service their Buyers and Sellers, and catch those “fish” to operate and run their business on an ongoing basis. The more that you can do to arm each individual Realtor with the tools and weapons to service their customers/clients at a higher level, everyone wins. Agents who are subject to taking their “fish” from their Broker tend to be less professional, less knowledgeable, and are at a loss as to how to bring a Customer through the full experience.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am a self-proclaimed “Foodie”. It is my goal each week to adventure and find a new spot each week that I have not been before. In South Florida, it is no secret that there is an abundance of Gastropubs, Craft Breweries, Trendy Lounges and unique ambiance in various spots. Some of my favorites that are absolute can’t miss spots would be the classic Cafe Versailles on SW 8th St for a classic Seafood Paella or Vaca Frita Lunch Experience, capped off with a Cafecito and Guava + Cheese Pastellito to round it all out. If you are looking for some of that “Hot Miami” nightlife, El Patio is a must visit for the local culture and dance the night away. For someone who doesnt frequent the area often, they should take some time to take in the Artistic Experience that the Wynwood walls provide. Many photo opportunities and “Instagrammable” places are sure to catch your eye! Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
