Hi Joseph, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Our business is built on the foundation of trust, quality, and integrity—values that we believe are essential but sometimes hard to find, especially in South Florida’s competitive real estate and construction markets. By working as a team—combining expert real estate services with skilled construction and remodeling—we provide homeowners and investors with a seamless, honest, and high-quality experience. Whether preparing a home for sale, rent, or simply improving it for everyday living, we never cut corners and always strive for excellence. Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career began in commercial construction, where I developed a deep appreciation for structure, precision, and high standards. That background taught me the importance of doing things right the first time—and that philosophy continues to guide everything I do. I take pride in my attention to detail, to the point of perfectionism. I believe that every element of a project, no matter how small, matters.

What truly sets us apart is the partnership my girlfriend and I have built. With her expertise in real estate and my background in construction, we’re able to offer our clients a full-service experience that’s both professional and personal. Our goal is always to deliver peace of mind alongside exceptional results.

The journey hasn’t always been easy—starting and growing a business comes with its challenges. But every obstacle taught us something valuable: how to communicate better, how to adapt, and how to keep going when things get tough.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about us, it’s that we genuinely care about the work we do and the people we serve. We’re not in this just to finish projects—we’re here to build trust, improve lives, and raise the standard in an industry where that’s often needed most.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When friends visit, I love giving them the full South Florida experience—sun, water, great food, and unforgettable vibes. We’d definitely kick things off with some time on the water. Boating is one of my favorite ways to relax and soak in the beauty of the area, whether we’re cruising the Intracoastal, heading out for a sandbar day, or even making our way to the Florida Keys for a mini escape.

In Miami, the options for fun are unlimited. We’d explore the artsy energy of Wynwood, checking out murals, grabbing a bite at local favorites, and maybe even catching a live DJ set or street performance. Brickell is another go-to—great restaurants, rooftops, and that mix of city and tropical energy that makes Miami so unique.

Of course, no visit is complete without a little at-home hospitality. We love entertaining at our place—grilling, swimming, and just enjoying the laid-back luxury of South Florida living with good food and even better company.

By the end of the week, our guests would have experienced everything from vibrant nightlife and cultural spots to peaceful ocean views and home-cooked meals by the pool. That’s what makes this place so special—the perfect blend of adventure and comfort.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are so many people who deserve recognition in our journey. First and foremost, my girlfriend and business partner Elena Gimadeeva—her talent, dedication, and integrity have been a driving force in our success. We work as a team, always pushing each other to do better and provide the best for our clients. I also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to our amazing workers. Their attention to detail, reliability, and hard work are the backbone of what we do. We wouldn’t be able to deliver the level of quality we’re known for without them, and I’m so grateful for their loyalty and effort on every project. I’m also thankful for my family, whose support and encouragement have never wavered. And finally, our clients—many of whom have become like family—have trusted us with their homes and helped us grow through referrals and kind words. We truly couldn’t do it without all of them.
