We had the good fortune of connecting with Leyla Saghir and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Leyla, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
Knowing whether to keep going or to give up can be a challenging decision, but here are some factors to consider:

1. **Passion and Purpose**: Assess whether you’re still passionate about your goal or if it aligns with your values and purpose.

2. **Progress**: Evaluate the progress you’ve made so far. Are you moving forward, even if it’s slowly, or are you stuck in the same place?

3. **Feedback and Adjustments**: Consider feedback from others and whether adjustments can be made to improve your approach.

4. **Resource Availability**: Assess the resources, including time, energy, and support, needed to continue pursuing your goal.

5. **Alternative Paths**: Explore alternative paths or solutions that could lead to the same or similar outcomes.

6. **Resilience and Perseverance**: Reflect on your ability to persevere through challenges and setbacks. Is this a temporary setback, or is it indicating a fundamental obstacle?

7. **Intuition and Gut Feeling**: Trust your intuition and gut feeling about whether it’s time to persist or pivot.

Ultimately, the decision to keep going or to give up depends on your individual circumstances, priorities, and values. Take the time to reflect and make a decision that feels right for you.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have created a personal brand in my community thru Real Estate and Cycling (hobbie). Both have helped me with my networking and building long term positive relationships, in my career and life in general.
I studied fashion Merchandising and Marketing and today I use marketing tools to position myself in the Market as a Luxury Real Estate Advisor/Agent.

We all know life is not easy, but, it all depends from what Perspective you look at things.
To me hard times are meant to happen, so we become wiser, stronger and more resilient.
Hard times prepare us for better things in the future.
A lot of times we have to close cycles, people and/or situations, to open new doors of abundance, love, light, peace and real people.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are many fun things to do in Miami. I recommend:

South Beach.
Miami Riverwalk.
Ocean Drive.
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
Wynwood Walls.
Little Havana.
Bayside Marketplace.
Everglades.
Nightlife in Miami
