We had the good fortune of connecting with Madeline Eve Pregulman and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Madeline Eve, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success has been knowing how to heal my emotions and beliefs. In business, we all come up against limiting beliefs, doubts, insecurities, and feelings that can either stop or hold us back. Succeeding in Entrepreneurship, or any setting for that matter relies on one’s ability to witness what is going on internally, and heal what doesn’t fit where they want to go. Without this skill, it would have been easy for me to stop when my mind told me I wasn’t enough, or when I felt anxious about moving forward with something new. Through understanding that anything that limits or hurts me is not my ultimate truth, I have been able to heal whatever comes up that is in between me and where I want to go. This is also what I support and teach my clients to do as well.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My work is inspired by my own personal battles and lifelong desire to help others, After being unable to achieve complete healing from depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder, I spent my early twenties traveling through Asia searching for and studying the most effective and powerful healing methods available. After studying with indigenous healers, shamans, yogis, and therapists, and healing from all of the above, I knew that I couldn’t keep this information a secret, and that’s how my business was born.
Now, I maintain a practice as a Healer and Intuitive Coach where I support men and women to heal energetic, mental, and emotional debris that makes business and life feel hard, so they can accelerate their results, and live with more ease.
What I am most proud of and excited about is my newly released book, “Fortune Favors the Healed”. I have always wanted to be an author since I was a little girl, and not only have I gotten to publish my first book, but through it, I am able to touch more lives, and make a bigger impact in the world. In Fortune Favors the Healed, I share the wisdom that both supported me to heal, transform and build my life and business from the inside out.
It has not always been easy being an entrepreneur, and I have experienced many obstacles since I opened my business four years ago. The obstacles, while they weren’t always simple to overcome, gave perspective to my success, and made it so much more meaningful when it did happen. Living means experiencing obstacles, and when we can embrace that while knowing how to overcome them, it becomes so much easier to move forward and succeed.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would start off the weekend for Jessica’s Friday Hatha to Raja yoga class at Anuttara, and then have dinner at The Fish Depot Bar & Grill while listening to live music.
Saturday we would head to Jupiter Beach for a day in the sun, and a dip in some of the clearest water in South Florida. Before the beach, we would stop at Rock steady for a smoothie or smoothie bowl, and after a quick shower, we would stop at Food Shack for Dinner, and then see some live music at Guanabanas.
Sunday we would venture to John Dickenson Park for a long hike with the dogs, and then have lunch at Christopher’s kitchen for a delicious vegan lunch. After lunch, we would stop by Local’s surf shop for some shopping.
Monday we would go to the Eau spa for massages, and a day in their sauna and steam room, jacuzzi, and lounging in the garden. We would finish our time at the Eau with late lunch at their restaurant overlooking the beach.
The rest of the week would be quiet during the day as we would both have to work, but for lunch, we would go to the Organic Kitchen & Mercantile off Ocean Ave, Grandview Public Market in West Palm Beach, and Bond Street Ale & Coffee. In the evenings we would venture to dinner at some of my favorites: Troy’s Baracue for some incredible BBQ brisket, Sweetwater for a cool vibe, and innovative dishes, Farmer’s table in Boca for some healthy eats, and Sushi Jo’s.
Other places we would visit: Delray Ave for some shopping, the Saturday Coconut Grove Organic Market in Miami, Float Plus float spa in West Palm Beach for a 30-minute sauna session, and a 45-minute float session, and Inner Spiral Wellness Yoga Classes.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to dedicate my shoutout to my boyfriend, Joseph. Without him, my book, “Fortune Favors the Healed”, would not have even been an idea. Beyond being my biggest fan, best friend, and brainstorming buddy, after his wild success with his book, “See it, Feel it, Have it” I was able to see what was truly possible in the world of being an author. Thank you, Joe. I love you.
