Hi Lily, how do you think about risk?
When it comes to risk, I view it as an indispensable catalyst for personal and professional growth. Taking risks has played a transformative role in my life and career, reshaping my trajectory and opening doors to unforeseen opportunities. One significant risk that stands out in my journey was the decision to leave my familiar surroundings in Florida and venture into the bustling and competitive world of New York City for modeling during New York Fashion Week. It was a bold move that carried both excitement and uncertainty. The high-stakes environment of the fashion industry demanded courage, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace the unknown. The gamble paid off as I found myself strutting down multiple runways, an experience that not only enriched my modeling portfolio but also culminated in the surreal moment of seeing my image on a billboard in the heart of Times Square. This accomplishment became a testament to the rewards that come with embracing risk, reinforcing my belief in the power of taking chances. I draw inspiration from a guiding principle encapsulated in the words of Swami Vivekananda: “Take risks in your life. If you win, you can lead. If you lose, you can guide.” This philosophy encapsulates the essence of risk-taking for me. It’s a reminder that every risk, whether met with success or failure, becomes a valuable lesson that shapes one’s journey. Successes propel us forward, allowing us to take the lead and inspire others, while failures become stepping stones, offering insights that guide our future endeavors. In essence, my perspective on risk is intertwined with the understanding that it’s a dynamic force capable of catalyzing personal development, fostering resilience, and serving as a compass for navigating the uncharted territories of life. My greatest source of pride stems from my self-motivation and relentless dedication to achieving my goals. The journey to where I stand today has been anything but easy—it’s been a journey filled with perseverance, determination, and countless hours of hard work. Behind the scenes, I’ve poured sweat and shed tears, committing myself to continual improvement and growth.

Countless late nights and early mornings have been spent building my expertise, not only in the real estate markets of Florida but also in the competitive realm of the modeling industry. Each moment invested in expanding my knowledge and honing my skills has brought me closer to my ambitions.

Throughout this journey, one of the most profound lessons I’ve learned is the importance of resilience. Despite facing numerous setbacks and hearing countless “no’s,” I’ve come to understand the significance of never giving up. This steadfast resolve has fueled my determination to persist, no matter the challenges that arise.

Ultimately, I want the world to recognize that success is not measured by the obstacles we face, but by our unwavering commitment to overcoming them. No matter how daunting the journey may seem, I firmly believe that with persistence and determination, any outcome is within reach.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When my friends or family visit, one of my favorite spots to take them is Cocoa Village. It’s a charming area with a diverse selection of food establishments and excellent drinks right along the riverbank. The ambiance is unbeatable, and it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful scenery.

Cocoa Village offers an array of exciting activities. There’s no shortage of ways to have fun and create lasting memories with the people who have shared in my journey of success. Spending quality time with those who have contributed to my achievements is one of the most fulfilling aspects of life, and Cocoa Village provides the perfect backdrop for these cherished moments.

Personally, I find solace in simply lounging on the beach and listening to the rhythmic sounds of the waves. There’s something incredibly soothing about the ocean that allows my body and mind to relax and recharge, especially after the stresses of managing multiple companies.

In this journey filled with risks, triumphs, and personal growth, I would like to extend a heartfelt shoutout and express my deepest gratitude to two pivotal figures who have played instrumental roles in shaping the person I am today. First and foremost, my admiration goes to my mother, whose unwavering support has been a constant anchor throughout my pursuits in modeling and real estate. Her encouragement and guidance have not only bolstered my confidence but have also instilled in me the values that define the woman I’ve become. My mother’s lessons in resilience, kindness, and the importance of pursuing one’s passions have been invaluable in navigating the diverse landscapes of both the fashion industry and the real estate market. Equally deserving of recognition is my father, whose entrepreneurial spirit has left an indelible mark on my approach to life and business. Witnessing his journey, from humble beginnings to becoming the owner of a successful commercial construction company, has been a profound source of inspiration. His relentless work ethic, determination, and ability to overcome challenges have not only shaped my entrepreneurial mindset but have also fueled my drive to take risks and venture into uncharted territories.
