We had the good fortune of connecting with Luxury Events By J&S and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Luxury Events, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of Luxury Events by J & S is the quality of service we give dedicate to each project we do for our clients.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Luxury Events by J&S is a two women team of professionals. We started this summer and have been blessed with opportunities to decorate special private events with our flowers and balloon decor. Starting a business and convincing someone to take a chance on a new business is never easy, so we greatly appreciate those who trusted us instead of going with a well known business.

Some of the lessons we have learned is that in the beginning we wanted to be a “one stop shop” for everything related to events. We soon found that we needed to specialize our services more and here we are now providing floral arrangements and event decor. Other lessons learned have just helped us build our skills and become more efficient in our craft. We have learned time management to help us get floral arrangement orders out more quickly and much more.

We would want the world to know that we are living proof that no matter what setbacks you have outside of your business, with God you can accomplish and overcome anything. God has blessed us to give back to others by servicing them through making moments that much more memorable and special for our clients.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If a friend visited who has never been to Miami before , we would first welcome them with one of our arrangements that has their favorite flowers and includes their favorite color .

The first day, we would take it easy and just goto dinner at The Villa Casa Casuarina.

The following day, we would take our friend to brunch at Little Hen and then spend the rest of the afternoon at the Vizcaya Museum taking pictures and exploring. We would finish the night by going to a late dinner at Kiki on the River.

The third day, we would take our friend shopping at the Bal Harbour shops and then grab a bite to eat at Le Zoo. Later that evening, we would take our friend to the Sugar Lounge atop of East Miami Hotel.

Fourth day would be a beach day at Nikki Beach. We would book our own cabana and surprise our friend with the decorating the cabana with balloons and flowers.

Fifth day , we would explore Lincoln Road Mall and grab a bite to eat at Havana 1957.

Sixth Day we would goto a comedy/improv show

Seventh day we would goto Barton G for dinner

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would love to recognize our husbands for always supporting and encouraging us to keep pushing forward and to keep following our dreams.
