We had the good fortune of connecting with Lynda Osorio and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lynda, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I was born with an entrepreneurial spirit. I worked for many years in various companies, but I always knew I wanted to have my own business. Along the way, I explored several disciplines, such as design, marketing, and sales, before discovering that image consulting was the service I was truly passionate about offering to individuals and corporations. It was the perfect combination of all the strengths and skills I had accumulated in my career. This is where I found my true calling.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The core value of my life has always been excellence. From school to university, and throughout my career working with clients, giving conferences, providing consultancy, and mentoring, I have always aimed for the highest standards. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced has been communicating my unique value proposition. Once a client experiences it, they are always satisfied with the results.
What excites me the most is seeing the positive impact I can have on people’s lives by teaching them the importance of their image and how it can empower them.
I want the world to know the story of a disciplined girl with big dreams who, despite the challenges, became an international speaker, helping many people realize the potential of their image.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I decided to live in Miami because this city has what I like to call the “Miami Effect.” The city is alive with entrepreneurial energy, where everyone is striving to be the best version of themselves. It’s a place that charges you up, motivating you to move forward, to compete with yourself, and to shine brighter every day. That’s why Miami is the best place to help others improve their image, in order to succeed in the business world.

Start with a business meeting in Brickell – Miami’s financial hub.
Enjoy a creative afternoon in Wynwood with art and street murals.
Relax with a brunch at a beachside café in Miami Beach.
Head to Bal Harbour Shops for high-end shopping and luxury boutiques.
Explore Little Havana for a taste of Cuban culture and vibrant streets.
End the day with cocktails at a rooftop bar in Downtown Miami.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Throughout my professional journey of over 20 years, I’ve been fortunate to have the best mentors, bosses, and friends who have inspired me to grow. Building my own business and working with clients from various industries has taught me invaluable lessons. However, expanding my business into international markets has been my greatest challenge and achievement. I owe a lot of my success to the guidance and support of those who have been there along the way.
