We had the good fortune of connecting with Marcus Fowler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Marcus, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My Most important factor is my ability to live in a world of creativity. There I’m free to be me. Free to design, Free to fulfill, Free to dream, Free to accomplish, Free to explore. Free to be custom and always seeking to be Original. I work in a cooperate atmosphere with 100’s of professional people. I’ve embraced their work ethics and built the foundation of my business based of cooperate core values. I’ve learned too be the only one who can do what I do the best. As I continued to grow, I embraced the fact that I am not in competition with anyone. My success is self driven, determining to rise to the occasion of what I don’t know, and Master the art of what I do know. Life comes with many challenges which means, that in business, you are subject to face the same oppositions. Instead of looking at them as challenges, find the area that needs the most attention and repair each area of setback, failure and disappointment, one correction at a time. No one gets it right on the first time, which is why the success of my brand is built on Integrity, Communication, Trust, Commitment and Dedication. In other words, here at TNZ Media, We believe in Passion over Talent. A person with talent will only do what they have the talent do. When you do it with passion, there is no limit to getting the job DONE!!!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have experienced some very proud moments since starting my business in 2014. This particular opportunity gave me a life change job allowing me to travel to Kenya Africa. Where I served as a Documentary specialist archiving all events and activities from the I am Hope Foundation, founder and owner Teshanne Phillip. Never in a million years would I think my skillset as a Photographer would earn me such a great opportunity. There were moments like these and others that really help build mu confidence as a Videographer, Photographer and Editor. Along the way, I would expend the company by adding a Digital Design Division. Specializing in Company Logo’s, Custom T-Shirt Designs and Online Digital Event Flyers. Although challenges came my way, I was appreciated by my community and always was encouraged to keep working hard and not to ever give up. Many lessons learned away that would both strengthen and help grow this business into what you see today. I believe in supporting everyone and helping anybody. As long as I am given an chance to share my talents on your platforms I plan to be around for a while. I would like the world to know that individually we have the ability to change our situations and circumstances. However, together, we can really change the world. I believe that there is power in unity. Each one Teach one. Leave no one behind, and know that what you do for one, God will send that many to help you in return.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
As of late, I have found myself spending a lot of time in the City of Doral along with Downtown Brickell. Its the night lights, the activity and the scenery that you find yourself in the middle of. There you can capture moments that would last a life time. My County Park is Tree Top Park Davie, Florida. Talk about the beautiful landscape and the scenic walking trails. Nothing like the natural light beaming though the trees filled with moss and leaves giving just enough shade with a hint of sunrays.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
