We had the good fortune of connecting with Ney “Green” Azevedo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ney “Green”, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
I confess that in the past I had a lot of difficulty in balancing professional life, with moments of too much stress. But, in recent years, I have worked to change this reality and I have now managed to reach the level that I would like to balance work life. With most of my time working online, today I have time to practice sports, take care of my health and stay close to my family. 

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
When I started the agency “Green Digital Marketing”, in southern Brazil, I had no idea where it could go. But I always believed that this project would be great. When we started our operation in Miami, new doors were opened to make the business global. It was not an easy walk, but it was worth the effort. After an acquisition process by Canadian investors, I continue to be a board member and started mentoring startups. My purpose now is to help other entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Miami has many options and can suit different styles. I really like the Brickell area with good restaurants and bars. I like being able to go for a walk and choose a good place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the city’s climate. For those coming for the first time, Miami Beach is always a must.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
With no doubt, my wife, that always believed and supported.
