We had the good fortune of connecting with ORLEY J.P., MBA and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi ORLEY, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
The most important lesson in my business and career that it has taught me is that Family comes first. Yes Family.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Nothing in life is easy. Do not complain, as no one will want to hear you. Most importantly – even care. In business and life, you have to be ruthless for what you really want. You want to be the best, you have dig deep inside of you and have the resilience to get up when down. You want a house, work harder. You want that brand new car, work harder. You want to be the best husband, learn to listen, respect and love your wife. You want to be the best father, remember that you can be their biggest drawback. Do it right! Someone pushes you, you can not be a snowflake and melt. You have to be extremely enthusiastic. If you have no energy and lifeless, no one will want to be near you or invite you in. There will always be rules, bend them, do no break them. Always stay proactive. You can not let life hit you or pass you by. Own it. Lastly, a great lesson that I learned a bit later into my career, stay classy, stay focused, but remain humble.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Most of my Florida time is spent in Boca Raton. So I’m going to be a little more impartial to Boca… But if you have a recommendation, do let me know! 06:00A – Gym – Petra’s 08:30A – Breakfast @ The Boca Beach House 10:00A – Sightsee @ Gumbo 12:30P – Sightee @ Sugar Sand 2:00P – Lunch on the Go! 2:3oP – Beach 6:00P – Dinner Surf & Turf is a must 8:00P – Minzer Park
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Over time, you begin to learn that home is everything! As an executive that has traveled for years, most people see the success of the person but do not always know of the sacrifice that is behind the success. This shoutout is for all of the Maggie’s of the world that have a career, have a full handle of our home and is a teacher for our little Maia during homeschool. If I have not told you, Thank You, please know I am forever grateful to both of you! #HusbandSupportsHisWifesDreams #GirlDad
