We had the good fortune of connecting with Pascale Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pascale, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor in my success has been CONCISTENCY. Consistency always bear fruits. Even when I don’t feel like showing up, I keep going!

What should our readers know about your business?
Luxe Hair focuses on providing our clients, hardworking businesswomen, with luxury wigs and hair extensions, clips-ins, etc. What sets Luxe Hair apart from others is that we help women feel beautiful and exude confidence. Our goal is to provide customers with long-lasting hair extensions that will last them 2-3 years. We want a relationship with our customers, it’s not just a business transaction. I’m most proud of giving back, sharing my gift, and adding value to others. I’m most passionate about empowering other women to flourish in their God-given talent. I got to where I am today by believing in my gift and loving what I do. It’s important to do what you love. When you do what you love, I believe you’re most likely to stick around longer when things get tough because you have a bigger purpose which is your ‘WHY.” Entrepreneurship isn’t always easy. So, when things get tough and they will, I am reminded of my “why” and that’s reason enough to keep going. What also keeps me going is the impact that we make in clients’ lives. I’ve learned so many lessons but identifying your weakness and your strength is key. That will save you time, money, and energy. When you learn to focus on what you’re great at and get help in the areas that you’re not most proficient in, that’s when you take your business to the next level. I want the world to know that as much as Luxe Hair focuses on making our customers feel and look beautiful, we want them to know that their inner beauty should always shine brighter.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My husband and I live in downtown West Palm Beach, so if a girlfriend was to come into town, I would first give her a taste of the Palm Beaches. Day 1: Benny’s on the Beach at Lake Worth Beach Pier for brunch (You must try their Shrimp & Grit – Extra Creamy Grits, Garlic Roasted Shrimp, Crumbled Bacon, Tomato and Pickled Jalapenos served with housemade cornbread) followed by a fun day basking in the white sands of the beach. SPF me! Day 2: Tacos at Cholo Soy Cocina. While dining inside the restaurant is extremely small, outback there are some picnic tables with this really cute vibe. Oh, and the Prime Steak tacos topped with pickled peppers, queso fresco, gochujang aioli is so tasty! To end the night, we would have a girl’s night in at my place… Light some candles, sip some wine and catch up as girlfriends do. Day 3: Spend the afternoon sightseeing and shopping on Worth Avenue. Afterward, we would stop for dinner at one of my favorite Italian restaurant’s Renato’s Palm Beach. We would end the night with dessert at Piccolo Gelato. Day 4: We would book a ticket on the Brightline/Virgin train. Our first stop would be in Fort Lauderdale, we would hitch a Uber from the station to one of my favorite dessert spots… Chocolate Bakery & Cafe They have this amazing “Profiterol with ice cream.” There are no words to describe it. It’s just that good… I’m not even a dessert person like that yall! To burn the calories, we would explore the areas’ local small businesses and support one of them and grab a bite to eat before checking into The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for a Spa Day. We’d spend the night there and in the morning would be off to Miami for the weekend. Day 5: Book another ticket on Brightline/Virgin train to Miami and then Uber to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, where we would be staying for the weekend. Once we check-in to our hotel, we would go out grab a bite to eat.. Come back to the hotel and spend some time by the pool. In the evening, we would take a stroll on the strip and end the afternoon on the beach. To make the weekend interesting, we would explore all the must-see places in Miami: Little Haiti, Little Havana, Wynwood, and more. There’s so much to do in South Florida this adventure could go on forever!!!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
So many people have contributed to my success but first, I would like to give a shoutout to my husband and family for being my support system. They believed in me when no one else did. They also serve as my support system, when I need a shoulder to cry on or when things get tough. If you’re an entrepreneur, you know this journey is not easy. Secondly, I want to give a shoutout to all the people that have poured into me or given me the opportunity to speak, whether it’s in a classroom or at conferences. Lastly, shoutout to the world’s best clients and customers, MyLuxeHair.Co would not still be in business if it wasn’t for your continued support over the years.
