We had the good fortune of connecting with Priscila De Araujo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Priscila, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m originally from Brazil and moved to the U.S. when I was 23, after completing my degree in advertising. My background has been instrumental in shaping who I am today. Being Latina has given me a deep understanding of my cultural origins, which has enriched both my personal and professional life. Additionally, my foundation in communication has greatly supported my career, especially in navigating the diverse environment of Florida, where I currently live.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My career in fashion has been about more than just selling, managing and styling; it’s been a journey of helping people see their best selves through image and confidence. Working with Dior has allowed me to combine a love for style with a genuine commitment to empowering others, which I’m proud of.

It hasn’t always been easy—fashion is competitive, and balancing creativity with business has its challenges. But each step taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of authenticity. What sets me apart is my focus on building real connections and understanding each client’s unique story.

In the end, I want people to know that style is more than appearance—it’s about self-expression and connecting with the world. My goal is to help others embrace their true selves and feel empowered through how they present themselves.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Miami offers a vibrant mix of culture, cuisine, and entertainment. Here’s a week-long itinerary to showcase the best the city has to offer:
– Morning: Visit the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) to explore contemporary art.
– Lunch: Dine at Mandolin Aegean Bistro, offering Mediterranean flavors in a charming setting.
– Afternoon: Visit the Wynwood Walls, an outdoor museum showcasing street art.
– Evening: Enjoy dinner at KYU, known for its wood-fired Asian-inspired dishes.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d love to give a big shoutout to my husband, Vinicius de Araujo, who has had a huge influence on my life and has been an incredible supporter throughout my journey. I also owe a lot to Christy Maltman, my former manager at Tiffany. She taught me valuable lessons about treating others with respect and the importance of finding a healthy balance between work and life. Their guidance and support have been instrumental in shaping who I am today.
