We had the good fortune of connecting with Rafael Sarria and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rafael, is there something you believe many others might not?
I hear folks say don’t sweat the little things all the time. I think that the little things are the only things that set you apart and make you better.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
We just take the time to constantly tweak and try to gage what customers are saying. I don’t think anyone would say that running your own business is easy. As soon as you think you have the hang of it, the atmosphere changes. There is someone doing something that is cooler and you need to adjust what you do to meet demand. For most of us in business that is part of the excitement.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My friends and I would be going skydiving on sat morning down at skydive Miami, then lunch at I Hate Mondays, and then get some craft beer in Fort Lauderdale fat village area. That’s the never fail plan.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would be nowhere with out my family. My wife and kids are the reason I started this and they have worked as hard as I have at this project. My daughter on the register, my son running the smoker, and my wife has helped me with cooking and paper work. It has really been a team effort.
