Meet Rosio Benitez | Coffee Content Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rosio Benitez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rosio, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Consistency. I believe showing up every single day, even on the days when motivation was low or growth felt slow, has been the driving force behind my brand’s success. Consistency built trust with my audience, strengthened my skills, and allowed me to keep improving my recipes, my content, and the experience I offer. It’s not about one viral post or one big moment; it’s about the small, consistent efforts that add up over time and create something people can rely on

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is coffee, not just the drink, but the culture and creativity behind every cup. The Cafecito Corner started with a moka pot in my kitchen and a love for sharing cafecitos inspired by my Cuban roots. I’m proud of turning simple homemade recipes into a growing community where people feel connected through coffee.
It hasn’t been easy, I had no formal barista training, just passion and consistency. I’ve learned that showing up matters more than being perfect, and staying true to your story builds real connection. I want the world to know that my brand is about more than recipes; it’s about celebrating heritage, creativity, and the joy that coffee brings to everyday life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to Miami for a week, we’d start our mornings with cafecitos at Versailles in Little Havana or Panther Coffee in Wynwood. We’d hit Enriqueta’s for a Cuban breakfast sandwich, wander Wynwood Walls, snack on pastelitos in Little Havana, and spend a beach day at Key Biscayne or South Pointe.
For nights out, we’d grab tacos at Coyo Taco, sunset drinks at Monty’s, live music and mojitos at Ball & Chain, and maybe a rooftop cocktail at Sugar in Brickell. We’d squeeze in Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, a boat day, and wrap it up with brunch at Greenstreet Café. A perfect mix of coffee, culture, and ocean vibes.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to dedicate my shoutout to my boyfriend, my parents, and my close friends, they’ve been my biggest supporters from day one, always cheering me on behind the scenes. And most importantly, my followers. They’ve turned my little coffee hobby into a growing community. Their encouragement, feedback, and love for coffee keep me inspired to keep creating every day.
