Hi SCM Productions, what do you want people to remember about you?
As a company, I would like SCM Productions to have a legacy of quality programming which entertains and informs. I want people to remember SCM Productions as a company focused on helping others achieve their goals with podcasts and eventually other areas of entertainment.

Personally, I believe my legacy will involve the clients and students I have worked with and helped. I would like people to remember me as someone who worked hard to help others and was successful in all areas of life. – Dr. Mark Brana

My Legacy is my voice! By using my voice, I’m opening doors for people that look like me. People that are normally not heard in certain places or spaces. SCM Productions was developed by three people who decided to use their voice to empower and educate the masses.

People will remember me for being BOLD. Even when I was afraid, I did it anyway. I stood ten toes down and faced fear head on. -Shameka Green

I would like my legacy to reflect the dedication that was placed towards disadvantaged populations and being a vocal for social injustices. I would love for people to remember me as an empathetic, caring, educated smart ass, that isn’t afraid to stand up for what is right. Keeping it positive for the culture! – Casey Casillas-Nichols

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
SCM Productions is focused on producing the Podcasts “The Professors: We Ain’t Crazy, We’re Licensed” and “909 & 313”. We are always looking for new projects to help develop and looking forward to future endeavors. SCM Productions and the Podcast “The Professors: We Ain’t Crazy, We’re Licensed” came naturally out of the relationships between Dr. Mark Brana, Shameka Green and Casey Casillas-Nichols. It has been a learning experience developing the business and creating podcasts that are both entertaining and informative. We have learned a lot about podcasts and production along the way and as a group, we look forward to challenges as they arise. What we want the world to know about the SCM Productions brand and the Podcasts “The Professors: We Ain’t Crazy, We’re Licensed” and “909 & 313” is we look to produce quality shows focused on entertainment and education. What sets us apart is being experts in our fields; yet coming from very diverse backgrounds.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of my favorite places to eat is Oscar’s Beef, Booze, and Broads in the Plaza Hotel and Casino. It is my go-to steakhouse in Vegas and I will go there any chance I get. When family or friends come to visit, I am a big fan of doing things off the strip and I love catching hockey games (either the Vegas Golden Knights or Henderson Silver Knights). -Dr.Mark Brana

My favorite thing is driving through the mountains. It’s an undesirable peace. You can go from Henderson to Boulder City in a matter of minutes to enjoy a float from A&W. -Shameka Green

Best Friend at Park MGM is phenomenal!!! Roy Choi nails the Southern California vibe and food! Definitely take them to First Friday, checking out vendors and food trucks. Hit up a Golden Knights game, and finish the night off at Korean BBQ. Always have to check out a show at the Brooklyn Bowl! – Casey Casillas-Nichols

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give a shoutout to my wife and kids first of all. They are my support and cheer me on with all of my ventures. I also want to give a shoutout to Casey and Shameka for being a part of SCM Productions and the Professors: We Ain’t Crazy, We’re Licensed.
