Hi Tawanda, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
My mantra is: DoU! The “DoU” phrase means, doing what ever you need to do to make “it” happens. “DoU” means when you realize that other people’s opinion does not matter. “DoU” means doing something without the fear of judgment or rejection.

But as you build your brand or business, some naysayers will tell you: “it’s not even that serious” and others may call you an opportunist, decide to “DoU” anyway. It’s ok to marvel over someone else’s stuff but don’t get so caught up that you forget it’s about YOU!

“DoU” enough to do what others don’t, to get what others won’t.

Elite Events by Tawanda is a full service event planning, designing and bridal education firm. We specialize in weddings, corporate functions, social events, fundraisers, galas, fashion shows and bridal conferences for newly engaged couples. Elite Events welcomes the opportunity to turn your vision into reality.

What sets us apart from others is our Diamond Experience. We believe that service is paramount in any any business. We have clients that spends millions, thousands and sometimes hundreds of dollars with us, they all are treated equally and all have the opportunity to experience our service.

What I am most proud of is my international platform. I was chosen by Lay’s to be a national smiler. My smile appeared on potato chip bags across the world, Lay’s gives back to Operation Smile. So every bag sold with my smile was donated to OS. Lay’s raised over 1 million dollars.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

Shopping: Boca Town Center Mall – Nordstroms – my favorite store

I do’nt drink but I love Gingerale on The Rocks

Eat: Crabs – Rustic Inn

I love to shop alone or with my best friend

I am very private and love spending time at home. I love chilling with my closest friends (they know who they are) chatting and chewing .
