We had the good fortune of connecting with Tracey Eisler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tracey, what is the most important factor behind your success?
As a child I frequented the Pocono Mountains on vacation. I was born in Philadelphia and our main family vacation was a week in the mountains, so our visits were a key component of my childhood. My family and I made so many wonderful memories together while visiting, and many of these memories were built around the local businesses we visited on our trips. Because of this, I chose to leave my 10 year career as a registered nurse in order to create a space where families like my own would create joy filled memories that would last a lifetime and hopefully become tradition for many generations to come! Our business is based on the belief that everyone should treat themselves as often as possible, and what better way to do so than with fresh locally crafted desserts and drinks.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Combining my artistic abilities and my love for dessert was the perfect recipe for a successful business this field! I started as a home baker during Covid while I was still working full time as a Labor & Delivery Nurse. I found solace in my kitchen after grueling night shifts making custom crafted desserts of all kinds for my friends, family and coworkers. It gave me great pride to create beautiful and delicious treats to brighten the spirits of those in my community during such difficult times. Experiencing the hardships of a world wide disaster of this magnitude as a health care professional on the front lines quickly taught me that so much can change in a moment, and that striving to better yourself and accomplish your dreams should never be delayed. Tomorrow is not promised so follow your dreams, live your life & enjoy dessert as if today is your last day!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Without the hard work, love, effort and support of my business partner/marketing company owner Courtney Quaresimo (owner of Quantifi Media) I would not have had the courage to take the leap that landed me where I am today. I’d also like to dedicate a shout out to my supportive, dedicated and loving husband Christopher Lopez, who has worked along side of me every step of the way constructing my dream Dessert & Coffee Shop, helping with daily operations and assisting me in creating delicious custom desserts for our community to enjoy. Lastly, I’d like to recognize my incredibly supportive friends, family and employees who have continued to provide constant encouragement as I navigate my newest adventure!
