Hi Veronica, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I pursued a career as a hairstylist because I’ve always been deeply passionate about beauty. Our hair is the crown we never take off, and I believe everyone deserves to look and feel their absolute best. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about helping women feel confident and radiant. It’s the most rewarding part of what I do. Every client sits in my chair with a vision, and it’s my joy to bring that dream hair to life.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart is the personal connection I build with each client. I truly listen not just to what they want for their hair, but how they want to feel. I believe hairstyling is more than just a service it’s an experience. I bring passion, precision, and a creative eye to every appointment, and I’m dedicated to making sure every client leaves feeling confident, seen, and beautiful. I don’t just do hair I help bring dream look to life.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
In the morning we would relax at Key Biscayne, a serene island offering pristine beaches and nature trails. In the afternoon we would go have a picnic at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, featuring scenic views and historic landmarks. For the evening sip cocktails at Sugar, a rooftop bar atop EAST Miami, offering panoramic views and a chic ambiance.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to thank my amazing mother for her unconditional love and support throughout this journey her belief in me means everything. I’m eternally grateful to my beautiful clients who trust me with their hair and allow me to be a part of their beauty journey. And of course, a big thank you to my Ulta girlies your support, encouragement, and daily inspiration have meant the world to me.
