We had the good fortune of connecting with Viktoriya Gruzdyn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Viktoriya, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
One of the key habits that helped us succeed is the ability to make decisions quickly. Many people with low confidence often struggle to decide or take their time, high achievers like us excel in fast decision-making.
We understand the importance of speed in business. If you want to succeed, embrace decisiveness and stop waiting for the “perfect” moment. Success requires movement, and indecision is a silent thief of progress.

Another vital habit for success is setting high expectations. I once attended an event hosted by a businessman at his breathtaking home. Every detail, from the decor to the food, was flawless. His wife later told me, “Oh, you know him, he always expects the best.” And he gets it.
There’s a common saying: “Have low expectations, and you’ll always be happy,” but I disagree.
Low expectations often keep people stuck—whether it’s in unfulfilling jobs, bad relationships, or simply settling for less. And they also seem to be the unhappiest, at least in my experience.
In contrast, those with high expectations set the tone for their success.
High expectations not only shape your approach to challenges but also influence whether you believe greater things are possible for you.
In both business and life, your expectations dictate your results.
1. If you have low expectations, then you risk staying stuck, settling, or feeling frustrated.
2. If you have high expectations, you often get what you want.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are peer-reviewed, published immunology scientists and pioneers in cellular healing, transforming lives with our revolutionary Rapid Immunocellular Repair™ Program. Over the past decade, my sister and I dedicated ourselves to uncovering the habits, choices, and small but powerful health and lifestyle practices that enable a select few to achieve extraordinary health and energy.
We guide our clients through the mindset shifts, to not only reach optimal health and performance, but to maintain it long-term.
Imagine being a type of person who comes with ideas, backs up his choice to be strategic and effective, remains consistent, overcomes limited beliefs and emotional blocks and has high energy and optimal health.
People like that are one in a million, and you can be too.

Reaching our business goals was far from easy. What set us apart was our resilience and ability to adapt. Along the way, we’ve learned several key lessons that have shaped our success:

1. Discipline Over Motivation: Motivation can fluctuate, but discipline is what drives consistent progress. One habit we’ve relied on is weekly journaling, a practice we adopted from our business coach in 2017. Journaling allows us to reflect on our experiences, pull out valuable lessons, and avoid repeating mistakes. As Margaret J. Wheatley said, “Without reflection, we go blindly on our way, creating more unintended consequences and failing to achieve anything useful.”

2. Embracing Failure as Feedback: We learned to view failure not as a setback, but as essential feedback. Each misstep provided insight that helped refine our approach and make better decisions in the future.

3. Emotional Resilience: Running a business takes a significant emotional toll—uncertainty, rejection, and high-pressure situations are part of the journey. One essential skill people should master is emotional regulation. If we don’t have the ability to regulate our emotions in response to an environment or event, then that event holds power over us.

4. Surrounding Ourselves with the Right People: We credit our success to the people we surrounded ourselves with—mentors and high-performing teams who pushed us to think bigger, provided support, and held us accountable. When you’re around people who think bigger, set ambitious goals, and believe in abundance, you naturally start to adopt similar perspectives. This helps you break free from limiting beliefs and see what’s possible for you. In difficult times, they offer support, encouragement, and perspective, helping you stay grounded and resilient.

5. Staying Adaptable: Our father came to the USA with only $300 in his 40s. From him, we learned how crucial it is to adapt quickly to change if you want to build a better life and succeed in business. In today’s fast-paced business environment, adaptability is essential. The ability to pivot in response to unexpected challenges—like economic shifts or new competitors—ensures long-term success.

These lessons—discipline, emotional resilience, adaptability, and the power of surrounding ourselves with the right people—have been central to our growth. They serve as a reminder that success isn’t just about reaching goals, but about continuously learning and evolving along the way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My sister and I emphasize the importance of self-care and spending time in nature.

Chronic disease, inflammation, stress and depression are often interconnected and can worsen when individuals neglect themselves. Self-care, in our view, is essential for both mental and physical health, providing a foundation for healing.

Florida offers one of the most exciting activities to participate it, and one of them is scuba diving.

With 70% of the Earth’s surface covered by water, much of the planet’s beauty lies beneath the ocean.

Scuba diving not only offers a glimpse into this hidden world, but it also serves as a form of physical exercise, promotes relaxation, and relieves stress.

It’s my favorite activity and I dive frequently with my sister Oksana.

The weightlessness of being underwater and the slow, meditative breathing involved create a sense of calm that few other activities can offer.

Diving with sharks, in particular, provides valuable lessons in fear management.

Despite their media portrayal, being close to sharks helps you develop control and calmness under pressure.

This experience teaches you to overcome irrational fears, a skill that transfers to other high-stress situations in life and business.

It builds confidence. It shows you that you can manage fear, stay composed under pressure, and succeed in situations that once seemed intimidating.

This type of confidence will follow you beyond the ocean, helping you face challenges in life with a calm, empowered attitude.

Overall spending time outdoors can have a calming effect on the mind and body, reducing stress and promoting mental clarity.

Exposure to nature often encourages mindfulness, lowers cortisol levels (a stress hormone), and helps individuals disconnect from the pressures of daily life.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Reflecting on our journey, we owe a significant part of our success to our father. His unwavering support, mentorship, and encouragement have been instrumental in shaping our careers and personal growth. From instilling in us the values of perseverance and curiosity to providing guidance during challenging times, our father’s influence has been a cornerstone of our achievements. We are deeply grateful for his contributions and proudly dedicate this recognition to him.
