We had the good fortune of connecting with Yajaira Romero and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yajaira, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was basically so that I could save money for my 15th which is next year and also to be my own boss and have control of my own work.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I got here because at my school we were taking Entrepreneurship classes. At first it was hard because I didn’t know what I was doing and had no idea of what I was going to do. I overcame these challenges by being like alright I got some ideas of what I can do for this and then I came to the conclusion of reselling body care products for a cheaper price because not many people get to take care of their body like that. I want the people to know that I might me young but it doesn’t matter because at the end of the day it’s what you chose to do and what you do and no else can stop you from that.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Someone who deserves a little credit and recognition in my story are my parents because they always supported me in this journey
