With a background in anatomy, rehabilitation, and high-performance training, I saw an opportunity to pair precise movement science with a refined, design-forward environment. I think that risk taking is an essential component of having an entrepreneurial spirit. One does not have to “know” how to do something in order to do it. But you do have to be willing to take the risk in order to find out “how” to get it done. One also has to be willing to ask questions, to put themselves out there to get the assistance to advance your path. It’s ok to stay small and scrappy if that works for your business and expand only when it’s needed, not because that’s what you’re “supposed to do”.
