I strongly disagree with most of what diet culture has taught us, especially the idea that dieting or calorie counting is the best way to stay in shape and feel good. This idea leads us to believe that tracking calories in and out is the main component that makes us fit. However, health is about much more than what we eat and how much exercise we get.
