The most important factor behind my success is happy clients! My utmost goal is not only to create livable, luxurious interiors, but to create a client memorable experience, exceeding their expectations. I have been in business for almost thirty years and all but one of my current clients is what I call a “heritage” client, meaning that we have worked together on one or multiple residences before this project. Personally, I’d have to say the most important factor of my success has been the people I surround myself with and my determination towards my goals. As I ponder this question, I realize that some of the biggest factors that have contributed to the success of my private practice, in a short amount of time, include: A true passion for the work that I do, an authentic connection and care for the clients that we see, a consistent commitment to growing and continuing to develop my craft as psychotherapist (i.e., psychology, theory, practice, and modalities), as well as my company’s brand. Together with my sister Josefina we managed to put our stamp on coffee break, after a start of effort and learning. Our dream began to come true. The idea started in a talk in another cafe and today is a success. I arrived from Argentina in 2009 with a lot of desire to undertake and seeing what job opportunities there were, start working on an Argentinean restaurant and my sister running a day care. We came and see this place in Bay Harbor Island that used to be a french bakery, the owner only spoke french so we used the google translation to start talking if we can buy the business, and making all our effort we got it! Three core things: – Embracing who I am and aligning everything I do with my purpose of empowering others to reach their extraordinary through meaningful transformation. – Elevating my voice and supporting others to elevate theirs. I’ve learned that if we don’t self-advocate, we can be great at what we do, but nobody will know who we are, becoming the world’s greatest secret, and this serves no one. – Build a strategic network.
