Work-Life Balance: is there such a thing?

A host of factors, developments, and dynamics have made most industries more competitive than ever. As a result so many of us wonder whether there is still such a thing as work-life balance. We reached out to the community to hear perspectives on finding the right balance.

At the start, balance wasn’t really a thing. Like most solopreneurs, we were doing everything ourselves, wearing all the hats and constantly in hustle mode. It was almost necessary at the start to create momentum and it worked for a while, but it wasn’t sustainable. Over time, we realized that trying to do it all, all the time, wasn’t the goal.
