We had the good fortune of connecting with Paul Bunting and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Paul, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Unfortunately (or fortunately) for myself, I started my own business at 19 years of age. At that point, I realized working a w2 scenario would not work for me.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Despite using only the internet as a means of providing warehouse pricing to customers. We, of course, are pleased that we can fulfill the needs for FDA Approved, Lightweight Medical Mobility Equipment to our customers, while also providing fast and simple support. However, our biggest challenge to date has been adapting to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thinking safety first keeping structure and organization a close second has allowed us to work from home. In order to survive, then thrive, many small and big things had to quickly change. By adapting to overcome, we have managed to keep our doors open and continue to provide great service while enjoying the benefits of being part of a great team. For that, we are proud.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are many great attractions in South Florida, and a week isn’t much time. Between dining on Las Olas, visiting Hollywood Hardrock, enjoying Dania Beach, cruising the intercoastal, and visiting Brickell ave, there wouldn’t be too many dull moments.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Without Micheal Woods from Discover Your Mobility Inc, this would not be possible. Michael had a motorcycle accident that resulted in becoming quadriplegic. Instead of slowing down, Michael started Discover Your Mobility, which is one largest Factory Direct To Customer Medical Mobility companies in the US to date. Micheal has a remarkable work ethic, vision, and drive. Without asking, by leading through example, Michael sets the bar extremely high. We are honored to work with a great visionary like Michael!
