Meet Jacqueline Aizen


We had the good fortune of connecting with Jacqueline Aizen and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jacqueline, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
For me, pursuing a creative career was never just about work- it was a calling of my soul. I’ve always felt a deep connection to expressing, inspiring, and channeling beauty, emotion, and healing through my presence and movement. It’s how I’ve expressed who I am for as long as I can remember.
I have so many memories as a child- dancing and performing for my family, and friends, to see them light up, laugh, and feel joy. That feeling of bringing people to life, of uplifting their energy through expression, has stayed with me. It’s never been about just being seen-it’s about creating a feeling, a moment, a spark. And in those moments, when I’m fully in my element, I feel more alive and present than ever-like time stands still, and I’m connected to something greater.
It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from Maya Angelou ” I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” That’s the magic I live for.
Whether I’m moving my body in dance, walking the runway, or guiding others on their wellness journey, creativity is the thread that is part of the greater fabric of my purpose here. I see my work and mission here as a multidimensional expression of healing: a blend of science and soul, of movement and stillness, of nourishment and transformation. From crafting immersive experiences to curating meaningful rituals, from storytelling, to being an embodied presence in the room-I’m creating more than a career. I’m building a lifestyle brand rooted in purpose, passion, and presence. I didn’t choose this path- it chose me, and I’m honored to dance through it with an open heart.
As I continue on this path, I want to continue being a vessel for light, love, and transformation-to inspire others to reconnect with their own radiance and remember the power of feeling deeply, living fully, and creating with intention.


Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Growing up, I often felt out of place. As the tallest kid, I wanted nothing more than to fit in. Now, at 6’2″ (without heels), I’ve come to appreciate and embrace my stature and presence as one of my unique gifts. I was meant to stand out in various ways, and it has been a journey of self-love, acceptance, and embodiment.
I love showing others that no matter how “different” we feel, our unique attributes are gifts to be embraced and celebrated. Creative expression has become a safe space for me to connect with my divine essence, empowering me to experience joy and presence fully. One of my favorite ways to express myself is through movement—whether through dance, in front of the camera, or on the runway. Performing allows me to convey emotions and stories beyond words, and I am constantly inspired by how creative expression can foster confidence and connection.
I have faced my own personal challenges, and these experiences have deepened my ability to help others in meaningful ways. As a dietitian and health coach, I am passionate about wellness because it encompasses more than just the body; it includes our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. If I can assist someone in taking even one step toward feeling better about themselves, that is a gift I cherish deeply. It is humbling to know that my journey—filled with struggles and successes—can inspire someone else. Pain teaches us compassion, empathy, and appreciation for moments of joy and love, making us stronger, more patient, and resilient.
I love working with and representing brands that help people feel their best in every way—elevated, nourished in mind, body, and spirit. I am a 6’2″ multidimensional muse—a creative soul, student of life, and wellness guide. Through movement, expression, and presence, I inspire others to reconnect with their own light and healing. Whether I am walking a runway, coaching a client, or performing, I am fully present in the moment, expressing beauty, divine energy, and purpose. For me, performance is a beautiful space where storytelling, healing, and creativity intersect.


Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami’s vibrant energy continually inspires me, from its dynamic art scene to the stunning aqua-blue ocean. There’s something magical about witnessing the first morning glow as the sun rises over the horizon—breathing in the salty air and feeling gratitude and energy fill me for the new day ahead. After a walk along the beach, we would take a drive to Little Havana and stroll through Calle Ocho. Of course, no visit would be complete without indulging in some of the best cafecito and churros!
A boat ride is quintessential to the Miami experience because it captures the city’s spirit, from its sparkling waters to the luxury and laid-back lifestyle that defines it. It’s a relaxing way to spend a few hours in the afternoon, soaking in some sunshine and chill vibes. Spending time by the water calms my nervous system and inspires me to spend more time in nature.
Wynwood’s fun street art reminds me of Bushwick in Brooklyn, NY, but with an unmistakable Miami twist. Another favorite neighborhood of mine is the Design District, with its fun fashion, art, and excellent people-watching. Coconut Grove is always charming, and a visit to Vizcaya, with its stunning gardens, feels magical. Another favorite is Upper Buena Vista, celebrated for its local boutiques, delicious eateries, and cozy cafés. It has a fun, bohemian, and relaxed vibe, nestled under lush trees. I especially love sipping on some strong Turkish chai at El Turco.
Miami’s food scene is bursting with flavor, whether you’re looking for a laid-back atmosphere or a luxurious dining experience. Some of my favorite eats include La Sandwicherie, Maman, Carbonne, Abbale, Mandolin, Le Tub, Makoto at the Bal Harbour Shops, Call Me Gaby, Motek, and Los Fuegos at Faena. I also love the incredible performances at Faena’s theater and appreciate their wellness space at Tierra Santa. With my Ukrainian roots, I often make a stop at one of the markets in Sunny Isles, where I can savor some of the delicious dishes I grew up with—borscht, anyone?
I love to round out a full day, walking along the pier at South Pointe Park to watch the sunset. I pause to appreciate the serenity and magic surrounding me, filled with gratitude for each moment this city offers.


Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have encountered many beautiful souls along my journey—those who have seen me, encouraged me, inspired me, or simply shared a moment of light and connection. From family and friends to mentors, collaborators, and even those I’ve had the honor of guiding, each person has played a role in shaping the woman, healer, and creative soul I continue to become. I carry their love, energy, and reflections with me always. I am especially grateful for the unconditional love and support from my parents- I love you beyond all dimensions and cosmos..
I’m even grateful for those who haven’t been so kind to me, or who have triggered me along the way. It is through those challenging moments and encounters, I’ve found strength, healing, and deep self-awareness. Every person in our lives can teach us something about ourselves and help us in our transformation and growth.
