Hi Daniel, what do you want people to remember about you?
As a Korean-Argentinian entrepreneur, my vision has always been to revolutionize the ice cream industry by redefining what a frozen dessert experience could be. Through my gelato boutiques, I set out to introduce the American market to the art of authentic Italian gelato—crafted with premium ingredients, rooted in tradition, and elevated by exceptional customer service.

I wanted to go beyond the ordinary and create something truly extraordinary: a high-end, immersive experience where artisanal gelato meets world-class liquor. Each of our signature flavors is developed by master gelatiers and infused with creativity and precision. Our attention to detail extends to every aspect of the brand—from flavor innovation to design. Our packaging was recognized globally with the award for Best Luxury Packaging, and our gelato has been honored as the Best in Miami for three consecutive years.

My legacy, I hope, will be defined by a relentless commitment to excellence, a boldness to take risks, and the persistence to turn a vision into reality—no matter the odds. I want to be remembered as someone who brought passion, innovation, and beauty to everything I touched.

What should our readers know about your business?
Entrepreneurship has always been a core part of who I am. While I studied Business Management in Argentina, my entrepreneurial spirit emerged early in life and has shaped my professional journey ever since. Before launching QUORE Gelato in the United States, I founded and successfully operated several businesses in Argentina—first in my hometown of Comodoro Rivadavia and later in Buenos Aires. These ventures continue to thrive today, and I manage them remotely from the U.S.

Building and sustaining businesses has not come without challenges, particularly amid Argentina’s ongoing economic instability and the global impact of the pandemic. Yet, through persistence, tenacity, optimism, and faith, I’ve been able to navigate those obstacles and grow stronger through them.

I truly believe that with the right team and a carefully structured plan, it is possible to transform and lead any industry. QUORE Gelato is proof of that vision in action.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit Miami for a week, I’d want to show them the very best of the city—its vibrant culture, incredible food, beautiful beaches, and of course, a taste of QUORE Gelato.

We’d explore iconic neighborhoods like Wynwood, Coconut Grove, South Beach, and Little Havana—balancing art, history, beach days, and unforgettable dining experiences. I’d include visits to each of our QUORE Gelato boutiques, where they could enjoy our award-winning, liquor-infused gelato and experience the luxury and creativity that define our brand.

From rooftop dinners and salsa nights to spa days and Everglades adventures, the itinerary would reflect everything I love about Miami: its energy, its diversity, and its celebration of flavor and innovation. I’d want them to leave not just with great memories—but truly inspired by what this city, and QUORE, have to offer.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team behind QUORE Gelato, to my family, to my home country Argentina, and to the United States—my second home—for the unwavering support and inspiration.
