We had the good fortune of connecting with Jade Fasano and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jade, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Honestly, it came from a mix of passion and frustration. I’ve always loved movement and helping people feel strong in their bodies, but I was tired of environments where I didn’t feel fully supported or valued, like I was just another trainer fighting for clients. I wanted more freedom to express my own style, create meaningful connections, and build something that truly reflected my energy and values.

Starting my own business felt like the natural next step. I knew I wanted to blend community, wellness, and creativity in a way that felt fresh and personal. especially through Pilates, which has become such a huge part of my journey. It’s not just about fitness for me; it’s about helping people feel aligned in every sense. So the decision came from a deep belief that I could create a space where people feel seen, strong, and inspired because I didn’t always feel that way working under someone else.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is all about creating a space where movement, wellness, and community come together. I host Pilates events that go beyond just a workout. I bring in local small businesses, wellness brands, and creatives so it becomes a whole experience. Whether it’s by the pool or in a unique venue, my goal is to help people feel good in their bodies and connect with others doing amazing things in the community.

What sets me apart is the vibe I bring. it’s not just Pilates, it’s energy. I make people feel seen and celebrated, and I think that’s why they keep coming back. I’m most proud of how I’ve been able to blend my passion for movement with supporting other small business owners and creatives who are also chasing their dreams.

Getting to this point wasn’t easy. I’ve worked in some really competitive, high-pressure environments where I felt like I couldn’t fully express myself or build what I really wanted. That pushed me to start creating my own lane, even when it felt scary or uncertain. I’ve learned that you don’t need to wait for someone to give you permission. if you know what you’re meant to do, just start.

The biggest lesson? Community over competition. There’s room for all of us, and when we lift each other up, that’s when the real magic happens.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about my brand. it’s that it’s built on heart, hustle, and authenticity. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to keep growing, keep creating, and keep moving with purpose

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my bestie came to visit, I’d give her the ultimate Fort Lauderdale week equal parts wellness, fun, and hot girl energy.

We’d start most days with a hot girl walk on the beach or a sweaty glute pump workout (I will make her lift with me), some days we would probably practice some Pilates either at a ritual Pilates, vault or one of my own events with local vendors, healthy goodies, and poolside vibes.

We’d grab matcha or smoothies from Pura Vida, do some shopping at Aventura Mall, and spend afternoons beachside or hitting a farmers market. Nights would be a mix of dinner at Takato or something chill like a skincare night with baking bread by scratch.

Basically? Movement, sunshine, and main character energy every day

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First, I have to shout out my Pilates teacher Tanya. Her guidance, patience, and knowledge have shaped so much of how I move and teach today. She really helped me fall in love with the classical Pilates method and showed me the depth and discipline behind it.

Then there’s my boyfriend Henri he’s honestly the reason I became a personal trainer in the first place. He saw something in me before I even saw it in myself. His drive inspires me daily, and watching him build his own brand, Elite Energy, from the ground up keeps me motivated to build my own lane in wellness too
