We had the good fortune of connecting with Janielle Gaggero & Omar Morales-Sanchez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Janielle Gaggero & Omar Morales-Sanchez, why did you pursue a creative career?
Art is one way we express ourselves and connect with others. Tattooing allows us turn to stories, emotions, and ideas into something lasting and meaningful; it’s more than a job to us, it’s our shared passion and purpose.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Tattooing is a trade we love, and it connects us to the world. We are the artists and owners of Tiger House Tattoo. Our specialties range from the small, yet meaningful, to the large-scale bodysuit-type work. The craft is about the people that get tattooed, every piece we create is meant to be connected to the person wearing it. What sets us apart is our balance of fine detail and emotion; we focus on making tattoos that feel alive and meaningful. It wasn’t an easy road — building Tiger House Tattoo took years of dedication, long nights, and learning from every challenge. We overcame it by staying true to our vision, supporting each other, and never losing our passion for the craft. The biggest lesson we’ve learned is that growth comes from consistency and heart. We want the world to know that Tiger House Tattoo is built on love, respect, and the belief that art can empower the way people see themselves.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If our best friend came to visit, We’d start with coffee at Our Grounds, in Kendall. then we would head to the beach for most of the late morning/early afternoon. Lunch would be at Sabores Chilenos or Vice City Pizza, followed by an afternoon BBQing at home for Dinner, where we could unwind and connect with friends.

We’d mostly spend the sunny days outdoors a the Beach to recharge and take in the scenery. Of course, they’d stop by Tiger House Tattoo for a custom piece to remember the trip. and then we’d end it with a visit to a ventanita for pastellitos, croquetas and a colada. The week would be all about creativity, connection, and soaking in the energy of Miami.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
