We had the good fortune of connecting with Luis Pereyra and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Luis, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business helps the community by using art as a tool for healing, self-expression, and inclusion. Through my tattoo work, I aim to create meaningful designs that help people reclaim their stories, honor their identities, and transform emotional experiences into art. Beyond tattoos, I also share knowledge through educational seminars that empower young artists to develop their creative potential and build sustainable careers. I believe that art can connect people, transcend cultural boundaries, and inspire confidence! that’s the social impact my business strives to create every day.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My art is deeply personal it’s about capturing emotion, storytelling, and realism through skin. What sets me apart is my focus on creating tattoos that go beyond aesthetics. Each piece I design tells a story, connects with a memory, or expresses something the client has carried inside for years. I see tattooing as a way of transforming emotion into art, and that’s what drives me every day.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. Like many artists, I started with limited resources, working long hours and constantly pushing myself to improve. I faced doubts, obstacles, and moments when things felt uncertain. But art and the people who believed in it kept me going. Every challenge became fuel to grow and refine my craft.

What I’m most proud of is the evolution not only in my technique but in how I’ve learned to connect with people through my work. Tattooing has allowed me to travel, meet incredible artists, and inspire others to follow their passion with the same dedication.

The lesson I’ve learned is simple: talent opens the door, but consistency and heart keep you in the room.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that my work is about meaning. Whether it’s a large-scale realism piece or a delicate fine-line tattoo, my goal is to create art that makes people feel something real.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit, I’d want them to experience the real Miami the mix of culture, art, and energy that makes this city so special. We’d explore the art districts, spend time by the beach, enjoy great local food, and catch a few sunsets by the water. I’d take them to see some creative spaces and meet local artists, because that’s where the soul of Miami really lives. The city has this rhythm that inspires you it’s impossible not to feel alive and creative here.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to the people who believed in me when my journey as a tattoo artist was just beginning, my family, close friends, and the clients who trusted me with their skin and stories. Every person who sat in my chair gave me the chance to grow, improve, and express art in a deeper way. I also want to recognize the tattoo community around the world; their creativity, discipline, and passion constantly inspire me to evolve and push boundaries. Without their influence and support, I wouldn’t be the artist I am today.
