Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I always want to live everywhere. And succeeded, to some degree; in the past 15 years I’ve had addresses in five countries, and traveled dozens of others. I am from Istanbul and went to university in London, lived in New York City before Miami. If my friend was visiting me in Miami. Miami’s climate is tropical, which is certainly something to consider when planning your trip. January averages 20˚C (68˚F) – with less rain. So, it is my favorite of the year for Miami. I personally love Design district and Wynwood. I would have start with Little Havana. Try Cuban coffee and food, mingle with the locals, maybe play a game of dominos and see how Cuban cigars are made, all in a unique and very colorful setting. And go to wynwood look around the little cute shops have coffee at Miami. I would take my friend to my favorite restaurant Mandolin-Turkish -Greek Restaurant for a lunch. They have a beautiful outdoor garden. After that walk around to design district and visit art galleries. I would have end our day in Soho House with our margaritas.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I shout out to My friend Zelda Eskinazi for making Florida my home. I shout out my business partners, my colleagues and my little boy Gezi who has been supporting me as an mom-entrepreneur. Thank you
