We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrea Arango and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrea, what is the most important factor behind your success?
If I had to pick one word for my success, it’s perseverance. Real estate in Miami is fast-paced and full of challenges, but I never give up. Whether it’s following up with clients, finding creative solutions, or pushing through tough deals, staying consistent has been the key to building my brand and helping my clients achieve their goals.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I moved from Venezuela in 2010, without knowing anyone here. Starting my career in real estate was not easy, but I was fortunate to have my mom, dad, and close friends who helped me close my very first deals. From there, through referrals and by embracing social media, my career began to grow.

Over the years, I’ve specialized in pre-construction and in advising foreign investors on how to invest in Florida. To me, being honest and setting clear expectations is the foundation of everything I do. I want my clients to know they can trust me fully.

It hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge taught me perseverance and the importance of building relationships based on integrity. What I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve earned from clients around the world, and what excites me most is helping them achieve their goals while growing my brand into a name they can depend on

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had friends visiting Miami , I’d start them off in Brickell and Downtown, which in my view is the most walkable part of the city. You get a mix of stunning modern architecture, vibrant energy, and great food. I’d take them to one of my favorites like Felice for Italian or the classic Ceviche 105 for authentic Peruvian flavors. We’d explore the local museums, walk along Brickell City Centre, and enjoy the skyline views. In the afternoons, I’d change the pace with a visit to Coconut Grove — it has such a charming vibe. One of my go-to spots there is Le Bouchon, a cozy French bistro that makes you feel like you’re dining in Paris. Between the walkable city life of Brickell and the relaxed elegance of Coconut Grove, it’s the perfect balance to show off the best of Miami

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My biggest shoutout goes to my husband, Samuel Terrizzi. From the very beginning, he believed in me and supported me to follow my passion for real estate. In a business where closing deals isn’t always easy, especially at the start of my career, he gave me the strength and encouragement to keep going. His unconditional support and faith in me have been a driving force behind my perseverance and growth, and I couldn’t be more grateful
