We had the good fortune of connecting with Chelsea Bressler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chelsea, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor to my success thus far in my career has been my ability to network and grow my business network by creating connections and building relationships with people in and outside of the marketing and hospitality industry. I believe in always introducing yourself with confidence and leaving a great lasting first impression.
I attend local social & business special events, connect and engage within my community and start real conversations whenever I can.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Digital Media Marketing Consultant
I have always had a passion for hospitality and marketing. I grew up in a shoe store with my father, a busy hair salon with my mother, and on stage where I performed for an elite dance company until the age 14.
I have been working in hospitality industry since age 16 and in the digital marketing space for the past 6 + years.
I have a background in hospitality, marketing, and social media
As of March 2020, my position as Director of Marketing for a local lounge was put on pause during the pandemic. I decided to pivot and create my own business to consult with local brands and businesses that were also pivoting during this time. Many local bars and restaurants were beginning to offer to-go or take-out services that had not done so before, I helped advertise for them digitally and create engaging content for their social channels to spread the word and grow their social media presence and sales.
Throughout the pandemic and to present, I am Digital Marketing Manager with The Social Group, a Fort Lauderdale based social media agency with an impressive roster of clients.
I started a digital marketing and consulting business, CB Creative Consulting which offers social media management and content creation services.
There were challenges in the beginning, but my motto has always been, “No one is coming to save you,”.
No matter what obstacle came my way, I always worked hard to find a solution.
In May 2022, I was accepted a position with Garrett Group Hospitality in Fort Lauderdale, as Marketing Manager, where I will manage the social media and marketing across their hospitality concepts, currently 4 with more on the way in numerous cities throughout the US.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My mother, Jayne, who shaped me into the woman I am today and instilled in me to follow my dreams wherever they take me.
