Meet Daniel Argota | Online Coach & Music Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Daniel Argota and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Daniel, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I’ve never felt fully aligned working under someone else. While I genuinely enjoy helping people, doing tasks that feel disconnected from real impact has never sat right with me. From 2014 to 2023, I poured myself into music, booking my own gigs, creating my own opportunities, and always finding a way to move forward. After dealing with sciatic pain and shifting into personal training, I realized I was much more capable on the business side than I had given myself credit for. I’ve always craved freedom and movement and the truth is most systems out there don’t reflect who I am or how I work best. Starting my own business wasn’t just a career move; it was a natural extension of who I am.

What should our readers know about your business?
I run an online health and wellness program that brings together mindfulness, music, movement, and nutrition. I mainly work with people dealing with spine issues, whether from past injuries or a sedentary lifestyle, and help them rebuild their bodies while reconnecting to themselves. The goal is to feel grounded again and ready to elevate their life.
What sets my approach apart is that I live the programs I create. I blend my background in martial arts music and corrective postural training into something that feels deeply personal and unique. It’s not just workouts or macros; it’s a full experience.
What I’m most proud of is seeing my clients make real progress. Even when life throws obstacles at them, they find ways to rise above it and prioritize their health. Business-wise, I got here by putting my head down and working every single day. I didn’t overthink it. It wasn’t easy but it was simple just show up and keep going.
Along the way I’ve learned to be patient. I’ve learned not to judge myself when things don’t go as planned because how you choose to see the world especially on an emotional level shapes what you attract. God gives us more of whatever we focus on. So even in the hard seasons I try to focus on the beauty in life. It’s easy to spiral into fear and scarcity but I’m not driven by fear. I’m moved by beauty by creativity by the idea that healing is possible for anyone.
I want the world to know I’m here to help. My purpose is simple to help heal the world by healing every person I come across.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d take them to all the local events here in Miami I would just reference https://www.instagram.com/thirdspacesmiami/ and not overthink a whole itnerary

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Family comes first. My mother taught me kindness and gave me the space to reflect deeply. My father gave me confidence and showed me what it means to truly help others. My brother helped me become more mindful and aware of how I show up. My sister taught me to be more sensitive and in tune with the emotions of others. I’ve been lucky to cross paths with so many people who’ve inspired me along the way.
The concept of war strangely enough has played a big role in my personal growth. Books like The Art of War and The 33 Strategies of War gave me perspective and mental discipline. On top of that meditation, martial arts, and journaling on a consistent basis have been powerful tools that shaped how I approach both life and business
