We had the good fortune of connecting with Kurls & Kim and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kurls & Kim, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When we launched Missy Hair Salon. We wanted to create an environment for women, men, and children to feel at home while getting their hair serviced. Where you are able to come in relax and feel at peace knowing you are in great hands.
What should our readers know about your business?
2020 We celebrated 5 years in business ! We are thankful for the journey that we are on. The journey was definitely not an easy one. At times we weren’t certain if we were making the right decisions we just had to trust the process and carry on. The hardest part of being a salon owner is making sure that everyone stays happy this includes everyone from self, client, and stylists. Being in business for the last 5 years would not have been possible without our amazing stylists and clients! We would like everyone to know that we are full service salon catering to men, women, and children. We work with all hair textures.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Breakfast would be at Another Broken Egg Massages at Massage Envy Lunch at Tap 42 Afternoon – Evening Definitely lay out on the beach Fort Lauderdale Beach or Hollywood beach Dinner Lobster Bar Sea Grille
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would like to give a shoutout to our clients and fellow stylists that trust us on a daily basis ! We are so thankful to have you
